High Purity Silicon Tetrachloride Project
Through further distillation,the optical grade STC purity can reach 99.9999999%.This Project is developed by Top Group in cooperation with Northwest University, taking advantage of the core technology of Northwest University and relying on the Company’s advantage of supplying the raw material - the STC, to further improve the recycling production chain and to increase the product technology, with the annual output 30,000 tons of high-purity STC, with the floor area 21333㎡, and with the investment RMB 186.8 million. At present, the first phase of the high-purity STC project (with the annual output 10,000 tons of high-purity STC) put into actual production in 2012.
