Procedures:
1.put A in stainless steel container except carbomer 941. Using a mixer, gently stir.
2. Gently sprinkle the white Carbomer powder over the surface of the liquid.
3.when carbomer disperse completely,put C in with continuously stir .
4.put A&C in mixture of B.
5.put D in the well-distribute mixture, continuouly stir till pigment disperse completely.
